Styld.By was Gap's proprietary influencer content platform. One of the earliest brand-owned influencer platforms built by a major heritage retailer. Managing it across Gap's international franchise markets from 2015 to 2016 meant operating an influencer strategy infrastructure at a global scale before influencer marketing had a standardized playbook.
Working across the Middle East and CIS, LATAM, APAC, Europe, and Africa, I developed and managed the brand narrative and influencer strategy framework for Styld.by, coordinating with regional marketing teams to ensure cultural coherence across markets as distinct as the Gulf and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Community strategy and brand narrative applied to a pioneering influencer platform. For one of the most recognizable American heritage brands in the world. Before anyone was calling it an influencer strategy.
